What does Woolmark approval mean?
Approval applies to dedicated Electrolux lagoon® wool programs and eligible Woolmark garments with the relevant care instruction—not every garment or treatment.
Is it the same as dry cleaning?
No. Lagoon Care is professional wet cleaning. Some pieces need a different specialist route; we confirm suitability at assessment.
Can every stain be removed?
Results depend on the stain, its age, the fabric and previous treatment. We explain the recommended approach before care begins.
